Life Management Yoga Centre

If you want to go back to basics, check out this great non-profit yoga studio. The Life Management Yoga Centre offers various yoga packages, including an unlimited pass for $3,333 per year. If you prefer to test the waters, you can pay $100 for a 60-minute class, or $150 for an 80-minute class. It offers a decent range of classes, from beginner to advanced, as well as classes for children or older women, and private classes for those with specific health concerns, such as neck or back pain.

Living Yoga

The first large-scale yoga studio in Mongkok runs classes such as Hatha yoga, hot yoga, and the more unusual Introduction Power Stretch and Introduction Hot Twist. Classes are taught in Cantonese and English and the instructors are mostly Indian or Chinese. Also offers beauty and massage services, including oxygen facials and aromatherapy lymphatic drainage massage.

Planet Yoga

This big yoga company has, four studios in a 20,000-square-foot space designed to look like an Indian ashram, to help devotees get in tune with their inner spirit. It offers up to 200 classes a week and there is a lounge where members can relax before or after classes.

Yoga classes at Prana Yogam have very zen intentions: you’ll be working on your breathing as well as improving on circulation and respiration. There are at least five classes every day, and membership programs are also available should you become a yoga addict.

With an easygoing and friendly attitude, Sahaja Yoga offers free meditation classes for beginners and intermediate individuals. There are several beginner classes in Central, Sha Tin, Jordan, Kwun Tong and Tuen Mun, with intermediate classes in Kwun Tong.
