Pole Dancing

Al's Diner

term:
Pole Dancing

With two tables hosting strategically placed dancer-support bars running to the ceiling, Al's is a great exhibitionist outlet. The best times to boogie in this Lan Kwai Fong meet-ery are when it's busy which is most of the time. (Tuesday at lunchtime, however, might attract the wrong sort of attention.)

Carnegie's

term:
Pole Dancing

Though not pole dancing as we know it, Carnegie's deserves a mention for its famous bar-cum-dance floor, complete with horizontal pole, where the sloshed and uninhibited of Wan Chai have been shaking it for years. Wednesday (ladies' night), Friday and Saturday nights are by far the best times to demonstrate your questionable skills.

Home

term:
Pole Dancing

Renowned as a late-night hot spot, Home has a sleek pole that extends from a table in the corner. Members of the nocturnal crowd often find themselves braving the stage and showing off their uncoordinated moves. If you're lucky, you'll spot a pro showing off.
